Tommy + Veronica
(Part 1)
“Can we do this every year?” is definitely what I said after filming Tommy and Veronica’s wedding celebration(s) in back to back years. With Covid restrictions during the summer of 2020, they scaled back their wedding plans for a small backyard reception and pushed back the larger celebration to the following summer. There are a number of couples that I’ve gotten the opportunity to see again while filming their friends’ weddings, but it’s not often that I get to capture a couple’s wedding on two separate occasions!
The family residence provided a beautiful backdrop for the small gathering, and the nearby nature preserve trails were perfect for capturing footage of the couple and wedding party. Getting ready at a studio salon, ceremony at a catholic church, nature, dirt roads, black convertible, white picket fence, sparklers and string lights — this wedding had all the razzle dazzle I could ask for! Not to mention a fantastic couple, and family and friends to make the day unforgettable and special for Tommy and Veronica.

(Part 2)
The following summer I was able to come back and film the big celebration at Furber Farm. Every time I have filmed at Furber, the dance floor is always packed and the guests are having a great time! There’s something special about those 2021 weddings where many of the guests hadn’t really been to a big party in a long time and finally were able to let loose and go wild. The “part 2” celebration was just as beautiful and had as much razzle dazzle as the previous year: barn with white picket fence, sumac bushes, vibrant sunset, glowing photo booth, and more sparklers!
Maybe there will be a 5 year vow renewal? I’m available!
